These Risk Management Plans are works in progress.  If you have any comments or additions for version control please mark up your changes and forward to Sharon at the CV office.

The idea is to have one risk management plan for the Yarra Series which covers off the risks associated with running a slalom on the yarra in the winter, and the appendicies are what are updated for the specific course.  ie, the briefing documents, communication and emergency contact lists and Evacuation Plan.

The other appendices can be printed and provided to the appropriate officials/volunteers on the day (ie incident and report forms, scrutineering check list, position descriptions etc).

This is just the start of the process, so feedback is more than welcome.
